That engine is also in the hybrid options, although those i-FORCE MAX engines add an electric motor that boosts the specs to 326 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. Those specs let you haul payloads up to 1,710 pounds in this new Toyota truck. The 2024 Tacoma is even more capable off-road, too, which comes in part from the new design that has improved approach and departure angles.
